YOUTH SYMPOSIUM​

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority’s Youth Symposium  is designed to highlight some of the prevalent concerns that negatively impact our youth (drugs, teen violence, abuse, low self-esteem, suicide, teen pregnancy, human trafficking, etc.). Our goal is to be relevant in the lives of our youth. Program Benefits include:

Improved educational outcomes.

Improved behavioral outcomes.

A highly anticipated annual event supported by local communities.

On Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 11 am to 3 pm, Nu Sigma Siigma will host our annual Youth Symposium. This year's theme is: Amplifying Young Voices: Leading the Dialogue on Diversity & Inclusion.  6th through 9th graders will be attending fun and interactive seminars on Financial Literacy, CPR, and the CROWN Act and will also participate in a diversity panel hosted by prestigious members of the Hays County community. ​
